My Christmas present for the wonderfully talented and incredibly generous Sraointe -- I hope you like it, my lady! :glomp:

...And yeeeeeeeah...this one is a little on the naughty side... ^^;

Let me explain, first. :D

Not very long ago, Sraointe and I were having a discussion about two of her great loves: vampires and Sephiroth. Realizing the vast appeal of that a combination of the two might have, I asked her what she would do if she was ever confronted with it. She promptly responded that she would die -- and while I'm sure as hell not looking to put her in an early grave, I was inspired on what to give her for her birthday. :aww:

However, her birthday isn't until August -- and I couldn't wait that long to pull this off. :giggle:

Inititally, I was going to write something that reflected the image above...but then I realized that it probably would have come off as creepy and stalkerish, and decided to do this instead. :phew:

And no: the chick in red is NOT Cossette. :disbelief:

But in any event, this one is for you, Sraointe! I hope you like it! :heart:

Sephiroth belongs to Square-Enix. :hmm:

Everything is pretty good, I'm just incredibly busy. On Wednesday I'll be on x-mas break for two weeks so I'll probably get some stuff done.
Things are still crazy though, just got a little crazier too but I'm hoping they'll calm down soon enough.
My hubby has taken a promotion 3 weeks into his new job. But it'll put him on night shifts for a while. I'll basically not see him much in the 3 weeks after January 5 which really sucks.
But I'm really really looking forward to some time off here. I really need it right now! :) Yay! PAID VACATION!!! Wheee!

I'm happy to hear that things are good right now. Last time we talked, you mentioned that things were not as hot as they could have been, and then I didn't hear from you in a while, and I got to worrying, and blah, blah, blah... :blahblah:

And so on. ^^;

But hey, a promotion for the hubby is still good news, though. I'm sure everything will smooth out eventually. :)

Besides...when it comes to making up for lost time, you'll have every reason in the world to do so... ;P
