Just as the title says: Lucette Delacroix, and Friend...
Yes, the little one herself is finally here -- ain't she just adorable?
Her mother's pride and joy, Lucette is the greatest treasure that Cossette has to call her own. A tomboy to a fault, Lucette likes nothing else than to run wild and befriend the local wildlife -- she's insanely good with animals, such as her little chocobo pal, there.
Extra points if you can pick out how Lucette resembles her daddy. Mwaha.
When I first sat down to draw Lucette, I initially pictured her as this cute little thing hugging a stuffed moogle -- kind of like a tribute that that little girl with the pigtails from the original movie. You know...the one that seems to act like Aeris' spokesperson? Meh...you'll figured it out...
But after a couple of botched attempts trying to put that version down on paper, I rethought the image and decided that Lucette had to be moving. You get to see a whole lot more of her in the upcoming third arc, and if you don't fall in love with her, I'll be surprised.
Now for the technical stuff. I know that the proportioning between Lucette and the chocobo is off: she seems a lot taller than the bird. However, Lucette ended up a lot higher on the page than I intended, and the chocobo was very much the afterthought. However, because that is my very first stab at making a chocobo (and I will toot my own whistle in that I think that that's one very SWEET chocobo), I'll let it slide. For now.
I hope you all like this one. More of her will follow in due time!

This is reeeally cuuuute~~ I love her already. I want her to be my little sister cx
And I actually like the idea of it being a teeny little chocobo, hee hee~

Scooch over, there's plenty rocket for all.
If you ever want to kidnap her for something, you have my permission.
The chocobo was afterthought, but afterthought aside, I figured a smaller, infantile chocobo would be appropriate for Lucette's counterpart.
