I figured it was high time to post an illustration here, and this is one I've been harboring for a few months, now. Between myself and Ethyria, now that we're living together, we'll probably pick a day a month to take pictures of each other's work, upload the photos on to her laptop and my computer, get them as cleaned up as possible, and then uploaded here on dA. But more to the point, I know people have been really patient about when the next installment will be out, and I hope this helps carrying people over for a while until I can hash out the rest of the third arc.
In any event, here we have Ren, dressed in her typical civilian wear, with one half of Kiyohime in her hand. I love this piece because I had so much fun working with her hair and clothes -- I love how her hair came out! Eeee!
But at the same time, it irks the hell out of me that Kiyohime turned out like absolute crap. I can describe a sword no problem in text -- but sketching it out on paper is a pain in the ass...
...And I think it's for that reason that I'll avoid putting Bradamante down in an illustration for a while...
Furthermore, for those who happen to notice, yes: that IS the original date of the sketch in the lower right corner on the back of the paper -- ultimate proof that this is mine and no one else's. Therefore, steal this and I will make sure you have a VERY unpleasant time of it.
Threats (a.k.a., promises) aside, I hope you guys enjoy this! Much love!

Ooooh, I love her hair and dress too! Yeah, I know what you mean about designing weapons...
